See, Touch and Smell the GreenEarth Difference

The Good Housekeeping Research Institute took a closer look at traditional and "green" processes, how environmentally responsible they are (or are not), and their cleaning abilities.

"GreenEarth's process proved to be the cleaning champ, conquering coffee, lipstick, and oil with ease. It also removed most of our wine stains, but wasn't great at zapping ink from silk. "Click here for the entire study of Which Dry-Cleaning Process is Greenest (and Cleans Best)

The GreenEarth Process

Dry cleaning from sand

Dry cleaning is a term applied to washing fabrics in a liquid other than water.

Why is it better?

Because clothes cleaned the GreenEarth way aren't bathed in perc or other petrochemical solvents, they come back fresh and clean without unpleasant "dry cleaning" odour. But we are not just gentle on your note. We are gentle on your clothes, too. You can see the difference for yourself. Colours will not fade and whites will not gray or yellow even after repeated cleaning. Everything feels better too. Fabrics are smooth and silky, and sweaters feel soft and supple again.

There is a scientific reason that clothes look and feel better with GreenEarth. Liquid silicone is chemically inert, meaning it does not interact with fabric fibers. It just carries the detergent to your clothes and gently carries away the dirt and oil. That is why it is safe for even the most delicate garments, beads, delicate lace, silk, cashmere, you name it, with GreenEarth, there is nothing to worry about. And, unlike many dry cleaning methods, GreenEarth will not cause shrinkage.
