Looking Back

We found that 2006 was a great year for GreenEarth affiliates.

The web site now holds a wealth of information for affiliates including the technical operating manuals and troubleshooting guides along with marketing materials with logos and advertising pieces from which affiliates can select.

In a first ever, GreenEarth Cleaning Australasia conducted an Australian and New Zealand Affiliates, Internet based, Virtual Meeting Room. ( VMR ) 21 September 2006. This pilot, ensured every aspect worked well, and it was a really great success. GreenEarth linked Adelaide SA. Queenstown NZ, Mt Eliza and South Yarra Vic. Each of the participants introduced themselves, after which they each gave a background of their business. Karl Chehade was our moderator, ensuring that each participant had the opportunity to seek answers and to share ideas. The pilot VMR was scheduled for 30 minutes, but ran way over, due to the high level of quality input.

Additional VMR sessions followed the pilot session with equal success providing all affiliates an opportunity to discuss a wide range of topics and to begin to share best practices. This is a free Affiliate service from GreenEarth Cleaning Australasia.

Stelco has had a series of products approved by GreenEarth for use with Silclean 100 including:

• G-Fresh, a predominantly non ionic detergent system, offering good cleaning, anti static protection and a fresh finish
• G-Sweet, a predominantly anionic detergent with high cleaning power, built in bactericides and deodorants produce clean fresh results
• G-Prespotter - A highly concentrated product to assist in the removal of heavily soiled areas
• G-POG - Specialised spotter for removal of paint, oil; grease inks etc., flushes out easily with steam or water.
• G-Tan - Water soluble tannin remover, for tea, coffee beer stains etc.
• G-Pro – Designed for the removal of protein based stains such as blood, egg, milk etc.

Ecochem's Nil-Stat Green non hazardous, environmentally friendly detergent with excellent cleaning properties and luxurious handle has also been approved by GreenEarth as being compatible with Silcleen 100 and is available to all affiliates.

Installations in 2006 brought our 1st international affiliate from New Zealand and doubled our installations in Australia from original estimates.

Affiliates remain very positive about GreenEarth with one commenting that they are able to finish an hour earlier with the ease of pressing and reduced classification. GreenEarth Cleaning is not for everyone and one licence has been withdrawn as it just wasn't a good fit for the operation.
